This release moves away from using alpaca.cpp to llama.cpp as a result all models that llama supports are now supported by Alpaca-Turbo Added Pipfile so that it's easier to setup without docker

you might have to convert your old models to the newer format check (here)(https://github.com/ggerganov/llama.cpp)

also new prompts are added
