This fix includes some major cleanup done by Elliot Jordan (homebysix) which includes new checks and some other niceties that I didn't think to add, but make the script much more usable and behavior-appropriate. I also swapped out the old Tim Sutton Developer Tools code for a new script from Rich Trouton based on the work Tim did. This seems to work with 10.9, whereas 1.0.0 did not.
