tbridge/munki-in-a-box最新发布版本:1.5.2(2017-02-15 09:21:48)
This version of munki-in-a-box is now fully optimized for Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite and Server 4, as well as 10.8/Server 2 and 10.9/Server 3.
Munki-in-a-box will:
- Check your system to make sure the script will run successfully
- Check to see if the munki2 toolset is installed, and if not present, will install part of it.
- Check to see if the Command Line Tools/Developer Command Line Tools are present, and if not, will install them.
- Create a munki repository for you in a directory that matches the configuration area of the script.
- Create a payload-free configuration package that you can use on your client computers as part of a workflow or distribution package to point them at the munki repository
- Downloads and installs autopkg
- Run autopkg to install several packages according to variable
- Creates a site_default manifest that includes these packages
- Downloads and installs munkireport-php, setting a default user configuration of root:root for access
- Creates a munkireport-php noinstall item and adds it to site_default
- Downloads and installs Sean Kaiser's auto-autopkg scripts and performs basic configuration tasks (leaving user to run final initiation script run.)
- Downloads and installs Hannes Juutilainen's Munki Admin application.
- Downloads and installs munki_enroll
- Cleans up after itself.
You can go from no package-management system to a fully working repository with client installers and a reporting engine just by running this script.
Caveats:
- I don't currently have a 10.8 machine to test with, however previous test-runs in 10.8 environments were successful.
- This downloads munki2 across the board, not munki1. You can rewrite the script to do munki1, it just involves changing a major block of code, so I really think that munki2 should be your jam
- Though it has been reported, this script will not make you more attractive to the gender of your choosing, or wash your car.
