Support editor params before filename in vim.exe (e.g. vim.exe +10 a.txt).
open-wsl -d distro can be used to switch distros (help).
Add distro_guid to wsl-terminal.conf (help).
open-wsl -b "args" will pass args to wslbridge-backend (e.g. open-wsl -b "-e var=value" and open-wsl -b "--distro-guid {47a89313-4300-4678-96ae-e53c41a79e03}").
Upgrade wslbridge to 0.2.4.
