Changelog

Add new whackers/boxes/cyoobs for Qosmetics.
If a mod is upgraded to a new version, and that mods has dependant mods that are installed, that mod will now be automatically installed. (the fact that it wasn't was the bug here)
Fixed upgrading a mod to a newer version when there was a dependant with a version range incompatible with the new version caused a failure when the dependant was uninstalled.
