The Katipunero is now rebalanced! Base combat strength is now reduced to 28 from 34, while the production cost is also reduced from 225 to 180. Moreover, this update replaces the rough terrain uniques and Shock I promotion to Woodsman, which should allow the Katipunero to conduct guerilla warfare more efficiently.
