What's Changed

• Enhance Monitor (AdGuardHome.sh) process start/stop behaviors.
• Add a dynamic ntp/netcheck instead of requiring NTP wait. (If the network is up, NTP will soon follow. Why wait anymore?)
• Enhance download process of the installer.
• Add a local dnsmasq unqualified names guard.
