This release uses Keycloak 17 as default version.

Also, there were small fixes for usage under Docker for Windows (#48 thanks to @BjoernAkAManf)

This might be one of the last 1.x releases of Testcontainers-Keycloak, as the Quarkus-based Keycloak distribution is also public and now the default. The new distribution will be covered with the version 2.x of this project, to be released soon. The version 1.x will then get deprecated and 2.x will get default.
