This release has removed a set of polyfill-library versions from the application which were not being used by users. The reason for removing these versions now is because the application went over the max size allowed on Heroku. In the future we will be looking to have a rolling window of polyfill-library versions as a way to ensure we don't go over the max size again.

The versions removed are:
