These are new installers alongside the release of 2.9.0.

If you're already using Path of Building Community, you won't need these, since it will update itself. If you're installing for the first time, or are reinstalling, we recommend you to use these versions.

The .exe is the normal install wizard and the .zip is the standalone version.
