The very first version of V2RayW, a GUI written in C# for v2ray-core created by Victoria Raymond, contains core v2.11.2 and provides global mode and rules mode. Log view and Windows proxy settings toggle are supported. For applications do not obey system proxy rules, change their proxy settings to http://127.0.0.0:8080 or other port specified in V2RayW.

This version has only been tested on Winodws 10 x86 1607.
