Upgrade Notice

Before updating, please make sure there are no pending encodes in the Queue. Please also make a backup of any custom presets and app preferences you have as they may not be compatible with newer versions.

For Windows users:

• Please make sure you have Microsoft DESKTOP runtime 5.x installed.
• Users of 1.4.0 may have to run HandBrake as admin for the built-in update check to work correctly. This should not impact users of 1.4.1 or 1.3.x releases
