First release, containing fixes for the following outstanding issues:

• #3: Text not selectable with current Linux binaries
• #12: Blank output when using External Markdown in reveal.js
• #55: 32-bit version of Windows PhantomJS binary
• #66: Linux statically built PhantomJS binary
• #71: Mac OS binary does not work on OS X Sierra

PhantomJS binaries are released from astefanutti/phantomjs@9462bc2.

To install:

1. Download and unzip the source archive
2. Download the binary corresponding to your OS in the extracted directory
3. Execute: ./phantomjs decktape.js -h
