Changes since v1.4.2:

• Automatically calculate phases the same way that TeslaMate does, with phase and voltage correction. You will see a message in the logs if this correction has taken place while calculating a charge cost.
• The TeslaMate__Phases environment variable is no longer used and can be removed after this update.
• Added FixedPrice provider to manually specify the prices in a 24 hour window, see README for usage.

Breaking changes:

• Phase calculation requires a few minutes of charging, therefore very short charges may now return a cost of zero where they did previously not before. This matches TeslaMate behaviour now when calculating the 'Used' column in Grafana / Charges.
