First ever test release of ExpressLRS Configurator application.

What's inside:

• Windows-only application archive

What to do:

• Make sure you have Python 3 installed locally
• Copy .zip archive and extract to local directory of your choice
• Execute "ExpressLRS Configurator.exe"

What to expect:

• Cool-looking UI (or maybe not)
• During first boot Python 3 venv is set, ExpressLRS Github repo is cloned and updated locally (be patient)
• Try building locally
• Try uploading locally - using appropriate hardware (STLink, BF Passthrough, etc.)
• Have fun :)
