This is the third release of DOSBox Pure intended for public testing.

Changes:

• Disable MPU401 when no soundfont is selected at boot (allows games to fallback to Adlib for music) #22
• Fix loading of CUE files in root of mounted ZIP file #7
• Case insensitive mounting of files (useful for cue files with case misspellings) #7
• Fix double input in start menu with 'Custom Keyboard Binding' mode #14
• Fix generic keybinds sometimes not available #14
• Support .ins files (handled the same as .cue) #18
• Some save state fixes (saving while mouse clicked, saving in Windows 3.11)
