In the 2.0.6 release, it turns out that the upgrade to Composer v2 (https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/5551, https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/pull/5568) could cause a conflict with WordPress sites that are managed with Composer. So this 2.0.7 release milestone includes just one change: downgrading Composer back to v1 (https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/pull/5610, https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/5609).
