Upon collecting feedback, released in this version is the new Unique Building for the mod: IRRI (International Rice Research Institute). This replaces the University. Stats change include a 8% decrease from the original science boost from the University in exchange for 10% boost on food surplus and +2 Science on all farm tile improvements. What do you think?
