This fixed the bug in the four link and logo option where it would not handle the replacement tag with the actual http link / name / icon this also has minor fixes for the logo replacement.

improved the sidebar links to open into a new window to make the pages load slightly faster (so it doesnt attempt to find the link inside of jellyfin at all and will target a new page to open the link)
