This release marks a major shift in the overall design: management of dnsmasq for the metadata network has been taken away from libvirt, and brought under the control of mdserver. This is intended to fix a number of outstanding issues that have been seen from using this system in production - particularly, the fact that libvirt doesn't make any attempt to keep its database of domain to IP address mappings around for any length of time. mdserver now maintains its own database which is explicitly intended to be persistent, and should retain information about all domains until the database file is deleted.

There's also lots of reworking of the code, cleaning things up, and testing is expanded (though still very limited). There are further cleanups and other maintenance work that needs to happen, but the core functional changes needed to happen first.

We've also now moved to support only Python 3.
