This version installs munkireport-php and does the basics of configuration. You will still need to create an admin account on first run. This also requires that PHP is on in Server.app's Web Services.

For the moment, I am sticking to Server.app as a deployment platform. If you want to fork the code to check if Server is present and running, and if not, run it against apachectl, etc, I'd be happy to take that pull request.

This version also adds a client configurator package thanks to Nick McSpadden.
