UUID and Trojan password Obligation

UUID and Trojan Password are obligatory now, you cannot access panel or subs before setting them as environment variables.

[!NOTE] After deployment, you can visit only one page /secrets which generates random UUID and Trojan Passwords. After setting UUID, TROJAN_PASS, KV and redeployment, you can access panel.
