If you are having issues getting Kosmos to boot make sure you delete the following folders from your sd card before installing the new release:

/atmosphere (if you're using the redirect save feature be very sure that you back those up before deleting this folder)
/bootloader /modules /sept

If you want sigpatches you must download the additional zip file included below named "es.patches.zip"
