Changes

• Settings will now be saved in the fixed location %APPDATA%\EverythingToolbar\settings.ini (#313)
• Decluttered the "sort by" menu (#405)
• Fixed two possible crashes when starting the setup assistant (#523)
• Changed default sorting order to "run count, descending" to match Everything's default setting (#524)
• Improved logging of unexpected errors
• EverythingToolbar will now be installed into the correct location (C:\Program Files)
• Automated the release workflow

[!IMPORTANT]
After the installation of version 1.4 you will have to set up the taskbar icon again (launcher only). For that you may have to launch EverythingToolbar manually after rebooting your machine (search for "EverythingToolbar" in the start menu) and let the setup assistant guide you through the setup procedure again. This does not apply to users of the deskband variant.
