Ensure SVG container bounds change when a child is removed

When the above happened and no other child changed in a way that caused the bounds to change, the bounds of the container wouldn't be updated.

Mark the SVGContentContainer as needing a bounds update when a child is removed to ensure that the bounds update is performed.
