Bump version to 2.0 - Bunch of features and fixes

Features:

• UI features - Browse, Zoom, Icon
• Docker image + automated app start (run.sh + docker) --> supports mac and linux (pending test on windows)
• Bug: init main.py (system path fix)
• More tests
