2. 增加 均等分割 模式，相当于1.10版时的预先分割，强制按固定秒数截取，每条字幕时长都约为截取秒数，具体数字可通过 videotrans/set.ini 中 interval_split控制

After unzipping, paste the files inside (exe and folder videotrans, etc.) into the directory where sp.exe is located and overwrite the existing files to upgrade to the current version. If you have problems after upgrading, please re-download the full package above to overwrite it.
