Partial revert of 57204878a7f41ba90fd899d65b23e8464c0a1511

Using a viewBox from a specified viewspec can cause result in incorrect rendering in some cases for SVGImages since they share state, and are not consistent when it comes to updating the viewspec between size computation and painting.

This reverts the behavioral change from said commit for SVGImage users.
