Change log

Replace CleanOSPP.exe with native code. Thanks to @ave9858 (Alex).
Command-line arguments are no longer processed in order, now you can enter them in any order you want!
Commands for deploy is changing with this version. For new command please visit help docs for more details. You MUST re-write your commands if you are using old version to deploy with commands.
Other bugs fixed and improvement.
